Women's Ministries


Mission
To bring women to maturity in their walk with Christ and each other.

Vision
To provide activities, small group studies and special events that offer opportunities for genuine encounters with the true and living God.

Ministries for Women

  • Bible Studies meet weekly in small groups. Each study has homework to be completed outside of class. The meetings provide opportunities for women to encourage each other, pray, share, and grow in their knowledge of the Word. Coordinators -  Barb Dugone, Leila Dumas or Pat Wassell.
  • Retreats are scheduled once or twice each year to: (1) relieve women of the routine and pressures of daily life so they can focus wholly on seeking God; (2) strengthen women spiritually through concentrated teaching; (3) provide opportunities for uninterrupted fellowship time with other Christian women; and (4) provide an environment for unbelievers to see Christ in the lives of believers.
  • Christmas Coffee provides an excellent opportunity for outreach with specific focus on the reason for the season – the birth of our Lord and Savior, Jesus. Each lady should bring a new wrapped ornament to exchange.
  • TLC Ministry provides meals during times of special need such as illness, surgery and childbirth. TLC Coordinator- Linda Segura.
  • Church Dinners Held after church services.

Women's Bible Studies

Please contact Barb if you want to attend beginning in the Fall of 2009. This study does not meet in the summer when the kids are out of school.

Thursday Evenings- 7:00PM- Leader Pat Wassell- 267-1715 in her home.

Girl's Night Out
For all you ladies who are looking for fun with friends, please come and join our Girl's Night Outs every 3rd Saturday of the month at 6:30pm. Each nights activities are scheduled differently, we may enjoy games, a movie, a lesson, etc.  We are sure to have great food and lots of fun.
